At KRenée Cosmetics, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Once your return request is approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products are not eligible for return.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged / Incorrect Orders
